Nassau Jet Sik Rentals Ltd. Terms and Conditions

• Age Requirement:

- Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license to rent a jet ski.  

- If a renter is under 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old and who will assume responsibility.

•  Requirements:

- All riders must wear a provided PFD at all times while operating or riding on the jet ski.  

- Renters are required to attend a safety briefing before operating the jet ski.  

- Operators must adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding watercraft operation.

•  Rental Period:  

- Rental tour times are in 2-hour increments.

- All renters must arrive 30 mins before rental period to be checked in and safety briefing.

• Damage and Liability:

- Renters are fully responsible for any damages or loss to the jet ski during the rental period, including but not limited to accidents, collisions, or total loss.  

- A damage deposit of [Insert Amount] is required at the time of rental, which will be refunded upon return of the jet ski in good condition, less any damages.  

- Renters will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs exceeding the deposit amount.

• Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.  

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled rental will incur a 100 % cancellation fee.   

- No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

• 6. Insurance:

- Nassau Jet Ski Retnals Ltd.  provides basic insurance coverage for the rental, but renters are encouraged to check their personal insurance or purchase additional coverage.  

- Renters are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance, including damages or injuries caused by the renter’s negligence.

• 7. Alcohol and Drug Use:

- It is strictly prohibited to operate a jet ski under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that impair judgment or reaction times.  

- Any renter found operating the jet ski under the influence will forfeit their rental with no refund.

• 8. Weather and Safety Conditions:

- In the event of poor weather conditions or unsafe water conditions, Nassau Jet Ski Rentals Ltd.  reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the rental.  

- Renters will be notified of any changes as soon as possible, and full refunds will be issued if the rental cannot proceed due to weather or safety concerns.

• 9. Personal Belongings:

- Nassau Jet Ski Rentals Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought on the jet ski, including phones, cameras, or other items.

•   Indemnity

- Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nassau Jet Ski Rentals Ltd., its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of the jet skis, tour to other activities offered by Nassau Jet Ski Rentals Ltd.

•  Governing Law: 

- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
